• Summer Kickoff Concert at Maymont - 1000 Westover Road, Richmond, VA 23220 
  Maymont will be hosting its 2025 Summer Kickoff Concert on June 6th from 5 PM to 10 PM on the Carriage House Lawn. The show will start with a set from Tom Petty tribute band Full Moon Fever before moving on to the main performance by yacht rock band Three Sheets to the Wind. Hungry attendees can purchase meals and snacks from food trucks parked on-site. Beer, wine, and cider from local vineyards and brewers will also be available for purchase. Tickets are $20 per adult or $10 per child under 16. All proceeds go toward Maymont's preservation efforts. 
  
  
• Shakey Graves with Special Guest Whitney – 1000 Westover Road, Richmond, VA 23220 
  The historic Maymont estate will also be hosting the upcoming concert Shakey Graves with Special Guest Whitney. Scheduled for 6 PM on July 13th, the show's headliner is country rock musician Alejandro Rose-Garcia – better known by his stage name Shakey Graves. The show is part of the 10th anniversary tour for his hit 2014 album And The War Came. Tickets are $40 each or $60 if you want a seat in the Golden Circle at the front of the stage. Parking costs an additional $25.  
  
  
• Pocahontas Premieres: Richmond Symphony - 10301 State Park Road, Chesterfield, VA 23838 
  Pocahontas Premieres: Richmond Symphony offers residents a chance to hear the famous Richmond Symphony live in concert without spending a dime. This free community performance will begin at 7:30PM on June 7th at the outdoor amphitheater in Pocahontas State Park near our Chesterfield homes for sale. The orchestra will be playing a set of timeless classical pieces led by Associate Conductor Hae Lee. No tickets or reservations are required, but you'll need to pay $10 for parking. It's also a good idea to get there early if you can. Space is limited, and the best spots fill up fast. 
  
  
• Dispatch with John Butler - 350 Tredegar Street, Richmond, VA 23219 
  Dispatch with John Butler is headed to the outdoor Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront near our Richmond homes for sale at 6PM on June 10th.  Folk-rock band Dispatch will be playing hits from their back catalog as well as songs from their latest album release, Yellow Jacket. John Butler will perform with the group as well as separately with his own band. Tickets start at just under $30 per person, and VIP packages are available. 
  
  
• Kip's Karaoke Pallooza - 11008 Washington Highway, Glen Allen, VA 23059 
  Kip's Karaoke Pallooza is back for another afternoon of fun at the James River Cellars Winery, just minutes away from many of our Glen Allen homes for sale. This time, they'll be set up on the vineyard grounds on June 28th from 3PM to 6PM. With more than 47,000 songs from genres ranging from pop and rock to country and R&B, there are tunes for people of all ages and musical tastes to enjoy. You can even bring your dog along for the show as long as you keep them leashed! Admission is free, and outside food is welcome, but there will also be wine available for purchase if you'd like something to sip during your stay.
