Richmond Halloween Hauntings - Napier ERA

Ghouls, and ghosts, and goblins galore are descending on cities this Halloween. As you gear up for the spooky season, our real estate agents recommend these frightening festivals happening in our communities in the weeks leading up to Halloween night.

Ghoulish Frights Near Glen Allen

Blood Lake Haunted Trail - 16500 Midlothian Turnpike, Midlothian, VA 23113

For frights near Glen Allen, it is tough to beat a stroll down the Blood Lake Haunted Trail. Every branch that rustles and every leaf that falls in the forest may be the last sound you hear. You have been warned this is no walk in the park, so be careful out there. There are plenty of things waiting for you.

Creepy Hollow Scream Park - 14437 Stone Horse Creek Road, Glen Allen, VA 23059

Tired of wondering what you would do if you came across Jason, or Freddie, or Leatherface? All you have to do is take a trip through the Creepy Hollow Scream Park. Organizers have shipped in more than 50 live-action monsters from Timbuktu to the forests of Transylvania. There are plenty of thrilling decorations and the park features acre upon acre of pure terror. Ranked as one of Richmond's top haunts, you won't want to miss a chance to discover the villainous creativity and despicable ingenuity of your neighbors who live next door to the Glen Allen homes for sale.

Ghostly Sightings Near Ashland

Red Vein Haunted House - Hanover Vegetable Farm, 13580 Ashland Road, Ashland, VA 23005

For those who are serious about haunted attractions, the Red Vein Haunted House has plenty of surprises in store. These masters of horror could give Wes Craven nightmares with their immersive storylines and realistic sets designed to prick every hair on your neck. Don't worry, though. We promise that not all Ashland homes for sale come with ghosts and goblins.

Terror on the Farm - 12607 Old Ridge Road, Beaverdam, VA 23015

Spring and summer are pleasant on the Ashland Berry Farm. It is a great place to stop off with your family and enjoy some fresh fruit as you peruse listings for Ashland homes for sale. Of course, things take a turn once the leaves fall and Terror on the Farm starts. When the pumpkins start to sprout up, and the stalks of corn turn yellow, you will know that the red in the soil isn't from the berries.

You are always welcome to contact us to discover more about the fabulous fun and fantastic attractions you can find in the area. There is something for everyone to discover, and it is our pleasure to help you find the perfect place to launch your next adventure into the unknown. Whether that is from one of our Richmond homes for sale or one of the many beautiful Colonial Heights homes for sale, we promise to do our part to take the fear out of the process of buying a new home in Virginia.

Our real estate agents know the value of a balanced breakfast, and you can't quite get it right without plenty of fresh produce. But farm-fresh fruits and vegetables are often hard to come by.  That is unless you live in an area with plenty of thriving farmers markets like the RVA.

A farmers market serves as both a market for fresh produce and a community gathering place where locals can deepen their connection to the Earth and the way their food is produced. These open-air retail areas give consumers a chance to buy directly from farmers.

This has a number of wonderful effects on the community and economy.
