What can I say... Mary Anne sold us the house we are living in, sold my old house and sold my mother's house for me. I wouldn't want to work with any other realtor. She is patient and stayed cheerful, since it took my husband and I a year to find a house we wanted. She goes above and beyond helping with all of the details whether you are buying or selling. She is a wonderful person and a great realtor.

When my wife and I decided to move to the area from Washington DC, we were uneasy about choosing a realtor. We had yet to meet anyone with positive feedback about their agent. Furthermore, with all the modern home buying sites and apps, we really questioned the value of using a real estate agent in the first place. We were skeptical to say the least. Then we met Mary Anne. She is no pressure, all service. She truly made us feel as if we were her only clients. She spent hours with us explaining the process and getting to know our style, preferences, and goals. When there was a house we wanted to see before a scheduled visit, she would video chat us a walkthrough with just a few hours' notice. She spent entire Saturdays touring us around several properties on a route she planned, complete with a gourmet snack box. She made us feel like family. Beyond that, as a long-time local with deep experience in real-estate, she was able to provide insight that few others could. She spoke to the reputation of various builders, was able to help us narrow our search based on community amenities and other factors that aren't easy to filter on websites. We were infinitely grateful for the way she helped us avoid common pitfalls when buying a pre-owned home. I am a handy guy, but she pointed out things that I never would have considered. My wife appreciated they way she could provide ball-park estimates to do certain renovations "HGTV-style." This helped us understand if our vision for a certain home was realistic. Mary Anne was there for us at every turn, providing advice when requested, and giving us time and space when we needed it. We were in need of a realtor to sell our house, so we reached out to several realtors in our area. Mary Anne was one the one to call us back within minutes, and not days like the other were. We ended signing with her and are very happy we did. We didn't know what to expect in the process of selling our house and she made it so easy. She was always very prepared and on time. She took care of every detail that goes into selling our house. She helped us stage areas that needed staging, giving us tips to help sell faster. Not to forget mentioning that she used many tools to help sell fast, from the professional pictures, to all the internet sites used to show our home. She helped us set appointments for inspections and repairs to get the house sold, and would be their to see that they arrived. Mary Anne was very flexible and was always there to look out for our interest and needs through the whole process, before we put the house on the market and even as we moved out.
