I have always been told that buying a house and selling a house were both incredibly stressful experiences. However, I used Justin to sell my first home and buy my second and both times were so incredibly smooth. For selling, he covered all the leg work and ran things by me with honestly and answered all the questions I had clearly. I trusted his decisions and reasoning and he was able to sell my home and get me a fair amount of money back in the deal that I wasn't expecting. For buying he was ridiculously patient with me and my wife, and went above and beyond in the search. He never once pushed us to make a decision and always gave us the pros and cons. We spent nearly a year searching for the perfect house and he helped us get it. If ever we sell, we will be using him again. I have already recommended him to a friend of mine who is preparing to buy. You will not be disappointed.

Justin was always timely with info to make the process and quick and painless as possible. When we talked with him or anyone else on our team that he recommended we felt like we were the only ones they were working with at the moment. It made us feel well taken care of because we were well taken care of. Since this was our first time buying a home Justin took the reigns with the entire negotiating process. He got us quite a few things taken care of that were noticed during the home inspection. When closing time came, work he had done prior on or contract saved us from some unforeseen issues with the septic which resulted in a fix at the cost of the seller. It seemed as though everything had been thought of by the time we got to the closing table. As a veteran, he found incentive programs for me to enroll in to receive money back after closing to make the move a bit less of a burden. Justin went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor.

We were first time home buyers when we stumbled into one of Justin's first open houses. Justin was one of the first Realtors that we met through the beginning of our home buying journey, who not only acknowledged us, but immediately wanted to help us out in anyway possible. He communicated and reached out to us frequently and even after placing a pause on our search for a few months. He is such a personable, charismatic, and most of all, honest person. When we finally found our first home, the week prior to closing was not easy, because we eneded up having to paint an detached shed on the property. Justin was right there next to us scrapping and painting, dress pants and all (we're still sorry about the pants and shoes, Justin!). Nevertheless, he was with us from start to finish and everything else in between. Justin did not just sell us a house, but found us a home and for that we will forever praise him as a realtor
