My Dad lived in VA & I live in NJ. When he passed away I had to sell his house. My Dad's neighbor had spoken to Sylvia about another house being sold in the neighborhood. He gave me Sylvia's number, I called her and made an appointment to meet her at my Dad's house. I drove down to VA and met with her two days later. Ten day days later the house was sold. I could not have gotten through that ordeal without Sylvia's help. We talked and/or texted everyday. It felt like she was my friend & my real estate agent. She worked hard helping me with everything that had to be done, including selling items at the house that I could not take back to NJ. I told her she was "Wonder Woman" & if I ever sold my house in NJ she would have to come here to sell it for me. I can't tell you how many people I've told about Sylvia & all the help she gave with selling & moving everything out of the house. Unfortunately they all live up here in NJ! It was a pleasure to get to know Sylvia & I highly recommend her To anyone who wants a great experience selling their house! It couldn't have gone much smoother than it did. Sylvia is fantastic!

Sylvia is an amazing person from all aspects of what your ideal realtor should be. She is intelligent, savvy, street smart, always available, pleasant, good spirited, intuitive, on and on. We can't stop thinking about how she help us thru an unusual bout of house buying adventures. We have looking of a house with her for about a year, and must have looked at about ten houses. She also possesses a unique smartness about home repairs and costs, and home values. Very savvy person all around. She should be training other realtors. I have bought three houses and none of my agents could compare to her. Sylvia is truly amazing. We can certainly vouch for her, and we will write a formal letter to your organization soon. We had some real ventures with other agents, and they were not pleasant. Most didn't return my initial calls of inquiry. Sylvia was like a hound on the perfect house for us. We got the best deal, best location, best scenic property, added amenities, best locked-in rate, etc.
