We had planned to interview at least three real-estate agents before listing our home. When we met Dianne, we immediately knew it would be her and we cancelled the other appointments. Her combination of wisdom, market analysis and neighborhood trends, and good old fashion people experience made her the obvious choice. She has excellent decorating advice and helps you see a broad perspective what each room and space could be. I would say that if your selling or buying in Midlothian, and especially Salisbury, she is the "must-have realtor." She is fair, honest, compassionate, and a hard worker. She earns every bit of compensation and she becomes a life-long friend in the process...a real friend. We loved working with and getting to know Dianne and can't thank her enough!
