I have nothing but good things to say about the relationship that we had with you during our home sale. I truly think that your guidance on the home improvements and setting the price point is what made the difference in us have numerous offers in only 5 days. It was such a high-stress time for us in dealing with the relocation that your guidance helped relieve a lot with the quick sale. I can't thank you enough and I hope that if we ever have to go through the process again we will have someone as well qualified and pleasant as you. Your knowledge of the market and comps were spot on and we are always thankful.

From the beginning of the process to the end, I was always informed. Also, closing on time was remarkable. I loved my family's reaction when they finally got to see their new house. This house and the service we received was outstanding. John D'Amore called right on time and really handled any request we had. I felt extremely comfortable with Mr. D'Amore he was great. John D'Amore represented ERA extremely well. John D'Amore did everything perfect very knowledgable.
