Dianne was wonderful in helping me with the sale of my home. She was able to suggest contractors to help with work I need to have done. These contractors were professional and were reasonable in their price for the work. Dianne always responded promptly to a text or an email question I had. Dianne was very experienced in the negotiations at closing time. She knew what was expected of the seller and what was not a requirement of the seller. She also knew most of the professional related to closing activities (attorneys, other agents, and closing companies.) I would definitely recommend Dianne to anyone buying or selling in the Salisbury neighborhood and with her abilities, respect and personality, I would recommend her to anyone considering a sale of their home, no matter its location.
