We recently used Dianne Long on two real estate transactions. She was our buyer's agent on our new home and, after purchasing and needing to sell our existing home, our seller's agent. We really weren't "in the market" as it were, but Dianne, knowing we were "kind of looking" would send us listings that fit our criteria. We saw one (our eventual new home) that was FSBO, but the price was too high. Several month's later, Dianne called us stating that (a) she had the house listed and (b) the price had come down. Next thing we knew we had purchased a new home! Now we needed to sell our home...and quick to avoid double mortgage payments. Dianne was the listing agent on our old home and it sold in 12 days! Interesting that the eventual buyers came in with a "low ball" offer, so much so that we were insulted. However, Dianne handled it like a pro and eventually we negotiated a price that was fair to both parties and only 3% off our listing price. I believe as a seller's agent she lists her properties at market value (rather than inflated prices) which leads to quicker sales. There is a reason why she is one of the top agents in Midlothian, VA. Thanks, Dianne! Bottom line: Whether buying or selling a home, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dianne Long.

Dianne Long is the BEST! She listed my parents home after it had been empty for 2 years, which resulted in several unexpected issues on the inspection report. Dianne has a great working relationship with several contractors and had 3 of them making the needed repairs in a short period of time - they did a great job and everything was completed well before closing. Our listing was a small ranch home, yet Dianne treated it and us like this was her most important listing. She has a way of making you feel like you are her only client. Diane, beyond a doubt, is one of the most professional Realtors I've worked with . I live out state and found Diane on Trulia. After talking to her on the phone, I knew I had found the right lady.
