I'm writing to compliment Dianne Long on the outstanding job she did in selling my investment house recently. I have used Dianne several times in the past and always had excellent results with her. On this particular transaction, I owned the house with a business partner. My business partner was unwilling to agree to use Dianne as the lising agent initially and we listed with an agent that he selected. After 2 months, it became obvious that the agent he selected was, for lack of a better word, garbage. My business partner agreed to change the listing agent to Dianne and she immediately made excellent suggestions on how to improve the visibilty and curb appeal of the house. As a result of Dianne's outstanding help, we had an offer within 10 days of listing with her. Dianne knows that I will be coming to her this summer to list another house I have.

Dianne was wonderful! We could not have asked for more in a Realtor. She was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with every step of the entire process. She was with us every step of the way and provided guidance, pointed out things we had not thought about, etc. Her knowledge of the business, along with her financial and home building knowledge were invaluable. As we had not moved in 25 years, this could have been a nightmare experience with all the changes in the home buying process during that time, but Dianne made it so much easier. I would recommed her and have done so to friends who are buying and moving this year. I thank you that Dianne was there to guide us in this journey.

We have used Dianne to sell two of your homes and to help us locate and buy a home. She isvery knowledgeable about the area and really works for her buyers and sellers. She helped us determine a fair price to sell our homes and she was dead on! She believes in pricing it right and not having to reduce in order to sell. Diane brought her clients to our house and they are the ones who purchased it. Also, when we bought that house, she represented the seller as well. She really works for her clients, both in buying and selling. I would highly recommend Diane and I have done so.

I absolutely could not recommend Dianne more highly! In fact, I recommend no one BUT Dianne for the Midlothian area. She has helped us sell a home and buy one, both from 1,500 miles away and had our trust every second. You will want her on your side of the table for many reasons! No one knows more about real estate than her.

Dianne Long is a great Realtor. I am sure you have heard that before, but I wanted you to know how much my family and I appreciate all she did for us to sell our uncle's home on Salisbury Road. Dianne went above and beyond so many times. We were dealing with a very delicate situation and she not only arranged for most of the repairs, she and her husband also checked in almost daily to see how everything was going. I know that Dianne has won many awards, but in addition to being a great Realtor, she is a great person. We will always be grateful for her assistance.
