My fiancee and I used Lee and Jessica to find a home as first time buyers. They were always accessible, and did a great job doing research on each home before we even took a tour. Lee was great at answering questions on each home, whether it was structural/build related, or value/price negotiation related. When we agreed on an offer with the seller, Lee and Jessica consistently followed up throughout the entire loan/appraisal/inspection process and continued to be open and honest each step of the way. Lee and Jessica are amazing! We felt like we were the only clients they had. Any time we needed something, they responded within minutes, no matter what time of day or night. They handled all aspects of both selling our house and buying our new one, even lining up repairs for our inspection items.
