I did my research to find a reputable and reliable realtor before I listed my home. I interviewed multiple realtors before deciding to go with the Williams Team! They are a younger team of husband and wife, but very knowledgeable about the market and how to best market and ultimately sell your home, I have no doubt that they put the same zeal into finding homes for perspective buyers! Even with the entire world slowing for the COVID-19, they continued to contact me and ensure that we were staying on the timeline for closing. They were never more than a phone call or email away and if they missed your call, they would call you back once they were no longer tied up! This for me personally is a huge plus for a realtor, having had many realtors just not call back. For a little prospective about realtors and home sale, this is my 8th home sale and this was one of the worst times to sell a home I have ever experienced! But the Williams Team was right there to soothe the ruffled feathers! I would really like to thank both Lee and Jessica for all their tireless and possibly thankless efforts to make this home sale go as smoothly as possible during this very trying time!

I had such a hard time getting someone dependable and trustworthy to come assist me with help in fixing things up but because of him I was able to fix things and get house on the market.

We would like to thank Lee Williams for his outstanding professional service in helping us to find our new home. A friend recommended Lee to us when we started to look for a house last fall. We expected he would be good because our friend would not have recommended him otherwise. Even so, Lee managed to exceed our expectations. He is a true professional of they type that has become a rare find these days. From the start he was there for us to answer all of our questions, give us information, and guide us through the process. He was personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout. Once we found our house, he made getting it under contract a breeze. Not once did we have to call him with questions. He was always proactive and kept us informed or checked in to see if we had any concerns. We were closing at the beginning of December when everyone was feeling the end of year crunch. Lee had more than a dozen closings to juggle. Yet we felt as if we were the only one. Lee made sure everything was moving along smoothly Even after the closing he checked with us several time to see if all is well and we had no issues with the house. We can't stress enough how impressed we were with Lee's professionalism and we cannot think of anything that he could have done better. Lee was so patient showing showing us 12 houses only to have the house we chose to buy was being represented by Lee & Jessica. He chose to send us to Justin to maintain professionalism and to remain unbiased. Though he represented the seller he did a great job making our first home buying experience fantastic.

We really enjoyed working with Lee and Jessica. We never had the pleasure of meeting Jessica in person, but she was always super responsible and took care of things seamlessly in the background. Lee was helpful and honest. He immediately went to work looking at the age of all the big ticket items in each house. He told us when he thought things were worth it vs. when they weren't. We were looking for a little bit of a fixer upper and he helped us find one and outlined what we should/should not spend our money on. We went into this knowing we will be selling in five years and we will definitely be calling Lee and Jessica to help sell!
