I became acquainted with the Williams Team through a friend who was also looking for a new home. It didn't take long to realize why they were so highly recommended. This was my first home purchase so I literally knew nothing about what I was getting into. Lee was not only very informative and knowledgeable of the process, he was extremely patient and understanding with with all of my questions. Whether I was 6am or 8pm, I knew I could reach Lee if I needed to. Even when things seemed like they may fall apart, he assured me we were in it together. Then there is Jessica!! The unsung, behind the scenes force that rounds out the Williams Team. Although there was never a face to face meeting, I knew she was there, keeping the operation running, handling the stuff that I'm perry sure would have had my head spinning !! Together they are the Williams Team and they make you part of it !! Whether your first home or your fifth, I highly recommend them to you !!!

We came to the williams team through a network system as first time homebuyers and from day one lee was honest strait forward ettc. He delt with out pain in the butt mortgage co for a few months with us patiently if we wanted to go look at a house he was on top of it amd we were looking at it with in a day or two typically. Everything that they did on there end was on point always on time any paperwork on there side was done in reasonable time period we have no complaints with the williams team what so ever and will deffinatly be going back once we either go to buy land or sell the house we just bought using them!!

The Williams Team were recommended to us by our mortgage lender, Navy Federal. Through circumstances beyond anyone's control, it took over two years to finally get a house. Lee worked with us, from long distance, to make sure we were kept informed about the market and available properties. Finally, we were able to find the right house and they made sure that everyone got on the right path and stayed there. Even through the COVID pandemic, the made sure we got the home we wanted. The Williams Team was a recommendation through Navy Federal. I am extremely happy and honored to have worked with someone who is very knowledgeable and patient. Lee is an amazing realtor and person altogether. He has a very humble spirit. He show that he cared about making sure I was satisfied; I felt like I was being a bit much but he assured me that I was not, and I believed him. Even when I was getting irritated and frustrated, he helped to calm me down by just saying everything will be ok. He was sure but I was nervous. I never actually met his wife but according to the emails, she is also a very nice and caring person. I Would recommend them any day. May God continue to bless the entire Williams Team!!!!
