Lee was amazing. We were moving to Dinwiddie and lived about 2 hours away. With working home hunting wasn't easy. Lee would go to any home we asked him to and take very detailed videos for us to decide if we wanted to make the trip to see it. What I liked is he was honest about the homes so we could make the best decision possible .he made the whole process easy from start to finish and stayed in contact with us regularly. I have always been told that buying a house and selling a house were both incredibly stressful experiences. However, I used Justin to sell my first home and buy my second and both times were so incredibly smooth. For selling, he covered all the leg work and ran things by me with honestly and answered all the questions I had clearly. I trusted his decisions and reasoning and he was able to sell my home and get me a fair amount of money back in the deal that I wasn't expecting. For buying he was ridiculously patient with me and my wife, and went above and beyond in the search. He never once pushed us to make a decision and always gave us the pros and cons. We spent nearly a year searching for the perfect house and he helped us get it. If ever we sell, we will be using him again. Fran helped me buy my first home. She was truly patient and I picked her from the realtors I met who allowed me to view houses without having my own realtor. So I got to see them handle the situation which was not the norm. I found the best realtor in the area and she helped me even away from her normal area of town. She brings knowledge of houses that was more about genuine knowledge and she would be honest if she herself didn't know the answer. She is very good with new home buyers. Very happy with my home but I needed to understand what I truly wanted myself.
