Career Development Programs


This is an 8 week, self-directed learning program for new sales associates and represents the first step to their career success. Through the 8-week planner, sales associates will become familiar with the company's products and services, understand office procedures, and gain proven prospecting skills. The course is provided free for new associates.

Continuing Education

The State of Virginia requires 30 hours of post license education within the first year after the license issue date. Each renewal thereafter will require 16 hours of continuing education. Napier Realtors ERA offers numerous continuing education approved courses as part of their regular monthly meetings. Required subjects such as fair housing, ethics and rules and regulations are included.


This 5-day facilitated course is for new and experienced agents who want to sharpen their skills in marketing, selling, negotiating, prospecting and closing. Through interactive video and print material, sales associates will learn to present winning listing presentations, assess and understand sellers and buyers needs, implement personal marketing and business plans, create and maintain contact management and follow up systems and understand the added value of the Preferred Alliances program.

ERA Top Gun

This 8-week intensive course is designed to take experienced sales associates to the next level in their careers. The course builds on the areas of delivering dynamic customized presentations, prospecting and skill development, and shows you new techniques to master working with sellers, expired listings, and your sphere of influence. The focus is a better understanding of the entire process needed to be a Top Associate.

ERA LeadRouter

A unique system that captures leads, converts them into a voice call, routes it to your cell phone and provides online follow-up tools throughout all at the speed of light! LeadRouter captures leads from many sources, including company websites,, personal web pages and more. It even handles manually entered leads from calls, walk-ins and open houses. Consumers simply inquire from the web and LeadRouter takes over to get the lead to you anywhere, any time, directly on your cell phone!

Peak Performers

This program teaches the fundamentals of real estate lead generation by referral. It combines training from business coach/industry expert Brian Buffini, role playing exercises on video, action steps and live accountability sessions all for a comprehensive, practical learning experience. No matter where you are on your career path, 100 Days to Greatness will show you how to provide excellent customer service and strengthen client relationship before, during, and after the transaction. You'll generate a steady stream of high-quality referrals as a result! Napier Realtors ERA teaches this nationally known program in-house with a certified mentor.

Gold Star Properties

Highlights of this program include:  Systematic approach to home selling preparation; Meaningful enhancements for potential buyer; Enhanced marketing material; and Attainable criteria for qualifying - Home Staging, ERA Home Protection Plan, Pre-listing home inspection, and Seller's disclosure.

International Collection

This new and intensive training will assist in obtaining the materials, knowledge, and credentials you need to excel in this specialized market. It was designed to help sales professionals who currently work in the upper tier move to the next level or to help those just beginning to target the luxury home market and jump-start their business. Upon completion, you will receive all the member benefits associated with the new program, including the use of their logo and high-class marketing collateral.

ERA Learning Exchange

This online training gives both new and experienced sales associates the flexibility to improve their ERA education through self-paced courses from the comfort of their homes or offices at any time of the day.

Napier Realtors® ERA Relocation Training

In-house training prepares agents to work with the highly specialized needs of transferees moving into and out of the Richmond area. Participants will learn how employee relocation works, the third-party process, how to handle group moves, how to perform attentive buyer/seller needs assessments, the how-to's of area orientation, how to reduce stress for the transferees and much more
