  •  While they often don't run during the winter months, the move to organic, fresh and wholesome food is alive and well in Richmond. Give the markets in downtown Richmond, Oregon Hill. Goochland and Ashland a try. Hot off the press - a new market on Saturday's at 42nd St. and New Kent Rd. at Forest Hills Park has just started and there's entertainment + food! They're fun!

  • and while I'm on the topic of daily downloads, NPR sends out clips from various musicians. I've found some great new artists that I'd have never discovered. It's called Song of the Day. You need to sign up for it on NPR's site.
